In a stark white room, seven individuals, including Takato Keisuke, awaken with no memory of how they arrived. Keisuke finds himself alongside his childhood friend Hokari Kanae, classmates Ando Miyako, Byakuya Rinne, and Manaka Nemu, underclassmate Mikaba Rika, and English teacher Aoi Natsuki. Confused and disoriented, a mysterious voice informs them that they are part of a twisted game. Keisuke, designated as the "unlocker," must use one of the girls, who act as "keyholes," to perform explicit acts in order to escape.

Tensions escalate when Miyako, outraged by the voice's demands, lashes out, only to be tortured in a grotesque device as a warning to the others. The voice declares that quitting the game means death. As terror grips the group, Keisuke's dark urges begin to surface, particularly aroused by Miyako's plight. Nemu, recognizing his desires, manipulates him into a pact sealed with a kiss, coercing him to use his urges to dominate the others for survival.
