Takato Keisuke and six others wake up in a mysterious white room with no memory of how they got there. The group includes his childhood friend Hokari Kanae, classmate Ando Miyako, underclassman Mikaba Rika, English teacher Aoi Natsuki, fellow student Byakuya Rinne, and classmate Manaka Nemu. Confusion mounts as a disembodied voice announces the start of a twisted game. Keisuke is designated as the "unlocker," and each heroine as the "keyhole." To escape, Keisuke must perform specific acts with each girl.

As the disturbing conditions of the game are revealed, Miyako protests angrily, only to be silenced when the lights go out and she reappears bound to a horrific device. The voice warns that quitting the game means death. Miyako's torment intensifies, causing her to lose control of her bodily functions. The others are terrified, but Keisuke finds himself disturbingly aroused by her plight. Nemu, perceptive of Keisuke's dark urges, manipulates him into submission with a forceful kiss, calling it a "contract kiss."
