We know in the 3rd anniversary, some of our comrades sacrificed, some even wouldn't come back according the devs. So since there's a BIG WAR in the 4th anniversary, who do you think has the highest chance to sacrifice? Before the newest chapters I thought it's Dorothy, to redeem herself and complete her character arc. But as how Story goes now, I think Anderson has a big chance to sacrifice himself to save Dorothy. Johan, as a unplayable male character in the warzone, although I like him very much, his closest nikke isn't around him, and his ultimate goal is to kill the Queen, so he might end up sacrifice in this "final" war with the Queen. As the Counters and Pioneers, I don't think they gonna die, since they just upgraded themselves.
