You got the first act with everyone reuniting at Eden with the whole misunderstanding with Only One being one of the funniest moments in recent Nikke history that had me severally cracking up. Comedy definitely was appreciated, especially with how serious things will get here from now with how high the stakes are continuing to get. Then ya got Dorothy claiming the title of vanguard for the 3rd Surface Reclamation War, cementing herself as the ark’s ally for good. Unfortunately, not for long as she became corrupted by one of the Nayuta’s clone where she was going to end her life till Anderson declared he will get her back, bringing back the Legendary Commander from decades ago. We get Marian and Only One conversing with one another where Marian reclaims her past memories, solving the biggest mystery of the story’s conception: she is THE girl. This concludes with Marian finally waking up, having obtained the Queen gene from Only One to become the true adversary to humanity’s greatest threat. Then there’s Rapunzel ending the last remnants of the apostate’s existence by revealing her power of containing multiple nimphs, giving Red Shoes the conclusion she deserved for the atrocities she’s contributed to. For Scarlet, she’s able to have one last dance with Rose, having a final embrace that curses her sister to have a happy life in her new. Both goddesses are now rebuilt and ready. Finally, we have all the rebuilt goddesses on the battlefield where they easily overwhelm the new heretics. Alas, the true enemy awaits in the lift where with her powers, she contorts and shapes the lift to mock the very thing humanity fights under, the Goddess of Victory. Seriously, what a satisfying yet painful set of chapters with solid conclusions and hype setups. 4th anniversary I’m so ready for you!
