For those who are unaware, Makoto's birthday is 4/23, which takes place within the first month of Persona 5. So, for the majority of the game (and before she awakens to her Persona, which is the version we're getting), she's 18. Meanwhile, Yukiko is 15-16 throughout Persona 4 While I personally think it's a fruitless argument, it is kind of funny they looked at the actual adult character and said "nah we need to neuter her" but then looked at Yukiko and thought "give her a sexy night gown". Though given Atlus's last game where they neutered Hulkenberg's butt (an adult elf, btw), maybe it's just a trend. Or they're deathly afraid of glutes (Note: this is assuming P5 takes places in 2016. P5 does the "20XX" thing as a nod to SMT. Some people will claim it takes place in 2015, but Calendar-wise, 2016 is the year that fits the most - the game starts on April 9, which is a Saturday, matching the 2016 calendar)
